Sze-Hui is the managing partner of the firm. She has over 20 years’ experience in general corporate advisory, commercial and M&A transactions across Asia Pacific.

Sze-Hui’s clients include European, US and regional private equity and venture capital funds that are active in Southeast Asia. She acts for these clients on acquisitions, disposals, exits and investments, with a particular focus on the technology sector. These clients include Sequoia Capital, a leading global venture capital firm, whom Sze-Hui has advised on a number of investments in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

She practised in London for two years as a senior associate with a leading global firm. During that time she advised Blackstone Group, the largest alternative investment house in the world, on a number of their outsourcing and other commercial arrangements.

Sze-Hui is a “Notable Practitioner” and “Leading Individual” for “Corporate/ M&A: International Firm” in “Chambers Global”. She is noted as “Highly Regarded” for “Private Equity and M&A” in IFLR1000 2019 and 2020 editions.
